That's Amore
These cupcakes were marble. I made half a batch of chocolate and half a batch of white cake then put one scoop of each into the cupcake pan and swirled it with a knife. The frosting was half chocolate and half vanilla. It was topped with gold sanding sugar and white sugar balls because I couldn't find gold. The almond extract is a little overpowering in the cupcakes but not terrible. The cupcakes were more moist this week. I also found that when putting the batter into the pans they looked better if the chocolate went first and was on the bottom and the vanilla went on top. (Made 10/22)
