Chocolate Truffles

These are chocolate cupcakes topped with chocolate ganache and different toppings. I used Andes mints, Oreo crumbs, cocoa powder and chocolate sprinkles.

Gluten-free chocolate

Except they're not gluten free. I just made regular chocolate cupcakes and frosted them with vanilla frosting.

Bad Mama Jama

Chocolate cupcakes, with raspberry jam in the middle, frosted with chocolate ganache and more raspberry jam, topped with a raspberry. I thought they were very good. (12/2)

Hot Mama

Chocolate cupcakes with spicy chocolate frosting. The frosting is just chocolate with a little bit of ground red pepper. On top I made Swedish fish into lips. They were surprisingly good. (Made 11/25)
