Double Vanilla Cupcakes

Vanilla cake and vanilla frosting. I put mini chocolate chips on top. 

Tiramisú Cupcakes

Cupcakes made with ground hazelnut. Filled with tiramisu filling. I should have put more coffee into the filling. Sprinkled with cocoa powder and topped with a chocolate candy. 

Apple Cupcakes with Streusel Topping

Cupcakes with pieces of Granny Smith apple. Topped with streusel made with flour, cinnamon, brown sugar and walnuts. (made 3/15/14)

Raspberry Chocolate Cupcakes

Chocolate cupcakes made with unsweetened chocolate. Frosted with chocolate ganache. Served with whipped cream and raspberries. 

Pecan and Coconut Chocolate Cupcakes

These were milk chocolate cupcakes with pecans and unsweetened coconut in them. They were frosted with chocolate butter cream and sprinkled with milk chocolate shavings. 

New Cupcake Book!

I flinished my first book and am starting a new one. This one I am borrowing from my cousins Sage. I am excited about starting a new book!

Peppermint Mocha

Mini chocolate mocha cupcakes frosted with peppermint mocha frosting. Red Peppermint patties were supposed to go on top but I used patties of all colors and flavors. This is the last cupcake in my book.
