Chocolate Chunk

A chocolate cupcake with chocolate frosting and chocolate chunks on top. I used pieces of a milk chocolate ghirardelli bar. In the frosting I used light crew instead of whipping cream. It tastes good but is a little thicker.

Peanut Butter Cup

I made these cupcake last weekend. They were very good. The ganache was not as sweet because I mixed it with unsweetened chocolate but it turned out pretty well. It it a chocolate cupcake with chocolate ganache and peanut butter frosting.

Cookies and Cream

Cupcake number 3. I made these cupcakes at Grandma DeRosa's house. They are chocolate cupcakes with cookies and cream frosting and a mini Oreo on top.

Chocolate High

Cupcake #2 went over well. I actually liked it better than Mississippi Mud. Chocolate high is a chocolate cupcake with chocolate ganache inside topped with chocolate frosting, chocolate ganache and a malted milk ball

Mississippi Mud

Cupcake number one: Mississippi Mud. In the cupcake batter I used half the amount of vanilla extract instead of chocolate extract but it came out fine.
