Chocolate Cheesecake

These were chocolate cupcakes with cream cheese frosting in the middle and on top, they were topped with chocolate curls. I used Hershey bars and a potato peeler to make the curls.

Mint Chocolate Chip

This weeks cupcakes were chocolate with chocolate ganache , mint frosting and Andes mints on top. The mint frosting was very minty alone but it balanced out well with the chocolate.
