Big Blue

These were blueberry cake cupcakes. Almost like blueberry muffins. They baked very irregularly. Even though they were all equally filled some took longer than others to cook. They were fled with blueberry preserves. On top is fresh whipped cream and blueberries sprinkled with sugar.

Blackberry Summer

Butter cake cupcakes with seedless blackberry jam in the middle. On top is vanilla frosting mixed with blackberry jam and a fresh blackberry sprinkled with sugar. They were surprisingly very good.

Strawberry Shortcake

These cupcakes were made with bisquik. Before baking them i put hold sparkling sugar on them. Sage helped me make them. On top there was whipped cream and strawberries.

Strawberry Milkshake

These were strawberry cupcakes with vanilla frosting poked in the middle. On top was cream cheese frosting mixed with strawberry frosting. Instead of a candy berry I used a berry flavored mnm and a plastic straw instead of a paper one. They were good. Very heavy. (Made 12/24/12)
