These were white cake cupcakes filled with peaches frosting. They were frosted with peach frosting mixed with vanilla but there was way more peach than vanilla. My peach frosting was made with canned peaches instead of fresh ones. The recipe said peach jam would work. The canned peaches might have made it a little sweeter and a little more liquidy. On tip they was a sliced canned peach. This is my last cupcake before lent.

Key Lime
These were white cake, with a lime filling. On top there was fresh whipped cream, gram cracker crumbs and lime rinds. Very similar to last week.
Lemon Ice Box
White cake with a lemon filling. Topped with whipped cream, gramcracker crumbs and a lemon or a candy lemon. (Made 1/29)
Lemon-coconut
These were lemon cupcakes filled with raspberry jam and topped with lemon frosting. On top was a fresh raspberry and coconut. (Made 1/21)
