Butter cake with maple frosting and bacon on top. I couldn't find maple extract so I just used maple syrup. I don't think it worked as well. The frosting was very sweet. It hardened very quickly. I took a few weeks off of cupcaking while in California. (Made 9/1)

Caramel-Mocha Sea Salt
Chocolate cake with mocha frosting. Instead of coffee extract I used instant espresso. On top I drizzled caramel, sea salt and chocolate covered espresso beans. First recipe in the "All Grown Up" section. (Made 7/30)
